Refund & Digital Product Policy

Digital products

Guides, templates and experience kits are delivered digitally. Because they are available immediately after payment, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

If something goes wrong

If a file is faulty, incomplete or will not download, write to us within 14 days and we will repair the file or refund the purchase.

Access

Download links are personal and time-limited for security. If a link expires before you have saved your file, we will happily re-issue it.

Physical items

Unused physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
